• Prodapt / Facilities Branding

Objective

To enhance the interior environment of Prodapt by designing effective signage, wayfinding solutions, and glass branding while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

Execution

We collaborated with Prodapt to add branding to the glass interiors (cabins, meeting rooms) in their new HQ in Chennai. The project also included a need for way finding & statutory signs. We referred to the brand guideline to ensure proposed design and colours were aligned. Here’s how we did it:

  • We provided glass branding by incorporating Prodapt's brand elements into the design. Instead of the typical frosted film, we used 3M’s optically clear film, UV printed with text and brand elements, creating the effect of frosted glass while maintaining transparency, and avoiding the issue of peel-offs.

  • A 12-inch high sticker was placed at eye level across glass surfaces, preserving the 'wow factor' of the glass cabins while ensuring safety.

  • Internal signages were designed and executed to align with Prodapt’s brand, covering restrooms, utility areas, statutory signs, push/pull signs, electrical and hazard signs, and more.

  • Branding was effected in multiple offices in Chennai

  • Once the glass branding and internal signage were completed, we developed a comprehensive signage guideline. This document included detailed drawings and technical specifications to ensure consistent branding across all Prodapt offices globally.All specs were designed keeping in mind feasibility to execute across locations.

Final Result

By working closely with the client’s teams, we were able to offer branding solutions to balance brand requirements, high quality standards and core aesthetics at Prodapt offices.
